Entry actions don't display

    Hi,

    I’ve installed the plugin and added the following shortcode to the page,
    [connections show_alphaindex=’true’ list_type=’individual’].

    I’ve also enabled the “Back to Directory” and “Add to Address Book” links but neither display when I click on any of the entries that I’ve added.
