Entry data is being cached?

Hi,
A customer of us has a form on his website to register for a mail & win.
This form works perfectly fine, but sometimes data from a previous entry is being sent with another entry.
So for example, if I fill in the form with my data and my college does the same after me, there is a change my data is being sent with his entry (except for the name and email, that works fine somehow).
There are no caching plugins enabled on the website, so I don’t have a clue why this problem occures.

Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?
When you search for Mail & Win, you’ll get multiple pages. The Mail & Win gives the problem.

It is a custom theme built by a previous webdeveloper, the client asked us to do the maintenance on this website. There are a lot of other active plugins. I've listed the WordPress information below. We used to have a caching plugin, WP rocket on the website, but it did't work nicely so we removed it.
