Hi @jonas2604 ,
I hope you’re doing well.
In order to check what is happening, could you please export the form and send it to us?
You can export it as explained here – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export
And you can use a service like pastebin to share the form export with us.
In case you have sensitive information on the form, please keep in mind creating a duplicate and remove the sensitive information before exporting the form, we’ll import it in our test labs and test the form directly.
I hope to hear back from you soon.
Best Regards,
Williams Valerio
Hi @jonas2604,
To investigate the issue further, I imported the form to a test website on my end, however, I was unable to observe any issues. The notification emails work fine without any issues.
Can you please confirm if the issue was only observed with a particular form submission? Does the latest form submission work fine?
Forminator utilises the default WordPress function wp_mail() to send the notification emails. If the default WordPress emails are working fine, notification emails should work fine.
Could you please try re-sending the notification email from Forminator >> Submission and check if you still observe the issue?

Please update us here with the results so we can help you further.

Hi @wpmudevsupport14
sorry for the late reply!
I just had the issue once, cannot resend the mail on the specific entry.
Regards
Jonas
Hello @jonas2604
cannot resend the mail on the specific entry.
Sorry, could you please clarify a bit further? Is it that you are unable to see the “Resend Notification Email” button on a specific submission entry or if you tried resending but it didn’t trigger the email?
Additionally, could you please install a email logging plugin like https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ for example and then try to resend the notification. Once done, please share the log on the email log plugin so that we can troubleshoot further.
Note: Please make sure to have a full backup of the live site before installing any 3rd party plugin, just to have a safety checkpoint in place.
Kind Regards,
Saurabh
