Entry Tag Field Options Missing

    I’m in the feeds section of the plugin trying to map certain tags to a contact, but the tags options drop-down field is missing. The title “Entry Tags” appears above the “Conditionally Added Tags” title/field, but there is no dropdown box next to it.

    Also, when I select “Conditionally Added Tags” the “Assign Entry the following tags” title appears below it, but the dropdown box is missing here as well. I’ve tried deactivating all of my plugins to no avail.

    Any ideas? This was working fine the last time I checked (a few months ago, but just noticed the issue when updating my forms). Many thanks in advance for your help…and for this awesome plugin!

    Same thing is happening for me – there is no drop down box for “Entry Tags”

    I have just installed the latest update and have noticed the same problem.

    It appears that my existing forms are working but as explained in the initial post I can’t load the tags to see or edit that part of the config.

    Please help I can’t get a new form set-up which I planned to do today!!

    Anyone know how to get the older version of the plugin in the case this doesn’t get resolved?

    Me too. Been this way for days, and couldn’t have come at a worse time. I hope there is a solution soon. This is a very handy plug-in!

    I’m not condoning this, and your results may vary, but I just uninstalled the plug-in and reinstalled this earlier version: https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/infusionsoft.1.5.7.2.zip

    So far, it seems to be working fine. No guarantees for your install, but…there it is. It kept my feeds and my settings intact. As this was an emergency, I had to try it.

    To Those of you who installed the older version,

    Did you loose any settings/forms when you uninstalled and re-installed the older plugin?

    I didn’t lose anything. Even the tags from the previous set-up were still there. That was MY experience. Yours may be different, but I don’t know why it would be.

    Great!

    Deactivated and Deleted v1.5.8.1 and installed v1.5.7.2. All my forms, old and new are working with tags again.

    did the same re-deleting 1.5.8.1 and re-installing 1.5.7.2 and works!
