• Hello Support Team,

    I am using the free version of Support Genix for my Envato support system. According to the documentation, the Envato Integration and “Login with Envato” feature should be available in the free version.
    However, after enabling Envato Integration, I cannot find the “Login with Envato” settings/tab shown in the documentation dashboard screenshots.

    Could you please let me know:
    1. Is “Login with Envato” still available in the free version?
    2. Has the option location changed in the latest version?
    3. Do I need any additional addon or configuration to enable it?

    Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details.

    We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the documentation.

    To clarify, the Login with Envato feature has been a Pro feature from the beginning.

    However, the Envato Integration feature, which allows vendors to verify purchase codes and ensure that customers within the valid support period can submit support tickets, is completely available in the free version.

    Previously, the Login with Envato settings tab was shown under Settings > Integration > Envato. However, after introducing the Login with Google feature, we moved all login-related options into a dedicated section: Settings > Login Systems. This helps us keep all login systems in one place, especially as we plan to add more login options in the future.

    Please note that both Login with Envato and Login with Google are Pro features.

    You do not need any additional addon to use these features. They are available with any of our Pro plans. You only need to install the Support Genix Pro plugin and activate your license to access all Pro features.

    Again, we are extremely sorry for the confusion. We truly appreciate your interest in the feature, and we will update the documentation soon to make this clearer.
