My Envato license is not working for pro version, how to fix this. Using the latest version 9.1.7

it says

License already in use for https://www.website.comYou can remove the license form https://www.website.com and re-register it for https://www.website.com by clicking the button below

Before I post I have already tried “re-register” button as you advised but I am having this error:

I can not use the plugin that I paid for! If it is possible, I want a refund.

I uninstalled your plugin and started to us Forminator which is far better.
