I don’t understand your question, but this plugins is for plugin and theme authors, who needs to integrate validation in their themes or plugins, or if they want to validate their customers licenses. If you need to automatic update your all themes / plugins etc., for that purpose Envato has their “WordPress Envato Market” plugin.
