  • Hi Clemens,
I’m having a similar issue http://farleyfoundationnc.com/farleys-scrapbook/ I’ve been unable to resolve. I deactivated plugins to see if there was a conflict and inspected element as well for any red flags. Please let me know if you’re able to resolve. Thank you!

Clemens I found that using the slug short code rather than the ID short code did the trick.

You only need to enter the ID or the Slug. When I used the ID code I had issues, when I removed the ID code and only used the slug code it fixed the problem. Try that.

    Example of both:

    [envira-gallery id=”156″]
    [ envira-gallery slug=”my-envira-gallery” ]

    Use just the second one.

Following up with you Clemmons. It appears this did not address the problem. If you find an answer please let me know.

    Thank you,

    Caryn

    Hey Caryn,
unfortunately I still haven’t figured out a solution. Though I’m more and more thinking that this issue comes with the plugin, since I’ve installed the envira plugin on two other websites that are on completely different webhosters and the issue remained the same.
So it might just be that the two of us are too picky with the loading visualization of the preview. 😉

    Greetings from Germany,
    Clemens
