    Hello,
    Since 2 weeks, with the new update, when i want access to my website with my account already logging, my website make so many time to load. But when he is load, he is very fluid.

    But, if at my last session i disconnect my account and i return to my website some minutes / hours later, my website load immedialty. BUT if i go for connect with my account, i have already a so many loading time to access at my website after, and everything is good after.

    Can u tell me why ? and how i can resolve this ?

    I try to delete ultimate member plugin, it’s works perfectly like if my account is disconnect.

    Hi @cyanidevf,

    This issue can be caused by the conflict with your theme or other plugins.
    Please try to do a quick conflict test and see if the issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.
    Please also check your Memory limit in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Install info and make sure it’s set to at least 128MB. If you are not sure how to increase memory limit I suggest contacting your hosting provider for assistance.

    I try to change for a basic design wordpress –> no result.
    I check my configuration and maybe it’s the unique things can be not good : “Memory Limit: 40MB” That’s need to be at 128 ? If yes, how i can change it ?

    My final solution is to remove the plugin ultimate member and u know what ? No result too ! I have already lagging for connect via wp-admin, but when i’m connect, the site is very fluid. The problems start since the last update of your plugin …

    How i can make ? I’m really disapointed.
