.eps files problems

Hi Saravana,
I added a field for upload files: I added .eps avaibility.
But if customer uploads an .eps, in the order backoffice page the plugin doesn’t write URL location of .eps uploaded.
No problems with other file typologies: for example jpgs, gifs, etc.
How can I do?

Hi,

I have the same problem as kaisersauzee75, I can upload PDF, GIF, ZIP, GZ etc., but when I try o upload .eps or .ai, the file on my server doesn’t seem to upload and show in my cart.
No error messages are shown.

However it works on my localhost, but not on production server.

For me it’s not resolved at all!
I updated plugin but nothig is changed.

As mentioned before, the JPG, GIF, PDF, ZIP files can be uploaded.

i bought this plugin https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-upload-files/11442983
Marvellous and it works IMMEDIATELY.
Sorry, but “WC Fields Factory” if full of bugs and issues.
