Equal boxes

Hi can anybody help me with finding the code needed to make equal boxes which will each contain a picture 200 pixels wide and 150 pixels high a heading for the box for example: Doors and a small description of the service underneath the image, containing maybe 20 words. I require a total of 12 boxes which will be made up of three columns across and 4 rows down. Website is http://www.a-fast.co.uk.
