Erasing users activvity

Hello. Thanks for the plugin.
I’d like a following features:
– ability to erase user votes, but leave voting results, so that everybody could re-vote again, adding results to existing ones.

– if admin deletes one of the answers, all users who chose this answer can vote again, choosing different answer (without need to click “change vote” button)
