ERE Plugin – moderate user listing possible?

hi there!

I love the scope of your plugin and how it takes care of almost all real estate management needs!
I do have two questions and hopefully its something relatively simple.

1. I am testing the user listing feature where a regular user and register and create a listing, after payment or for free. But I see that the listing created is submitted and made live immediately. This is a big security risk and I am wondering if there’s a way to keep that listing as draft until an admin can approve (after notification)?

2. Is there a way to edit the number of questions asked when creating a listing? My needs are rather simple and it would be ideal to remove some of the non-needed questions where possible.
