ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR after change folder permissions

Hi, I got an error if i checked the option “redirect to file”, so i changed the folder permission from “uploads” an “dlm_uploads” from 755 to 777. This doesnt help so I change it back to 755. Now i got an ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. Nothing else has changed. The file url is still right https://xxx.de/download/nachweis-lieferer-von-erdgas/
Die Website ist nicht erreichbar Die Webseite unter https://xxx.de/download/nachweis-lieferer-von-erdgas/ ist eventuell vorübergehend nicht verfügbar oder wurde dauerhaft an eine neue Webadresse verschoben.

Can you please go to this folder: wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads and see if you have there the htaccess file and if you do, delete it.
If this does not work, then please go to your dashboard > Downloads > edit a download > and send me a screenshot with the File URL. You can send it through our Download monitor contact form here using imgur.com.Warmly,
