    I am unable to export configurations due to ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR everytime I click on the button.

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.

    The ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR suggests the problem is with the browser. Can you please try this in some other browser or incognito window? Please try to clear your browser cache and let me know if this helps!

    Alternatively, you can backup the wp-content/w3tc-config/master.php file which is the config file for the W3TC if you still cannot download json.
