  • noblehomesalanya.com redirects to www.noblehomesalanya.com.

    But www.noblehomesalanya.com has no IP address and shows ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED.

    Check your Cloudflare DNS manager and ensure that you have a DNS A or CNAME record for www.noblehomesalanya.com pointed at your hosting provider.

    Good luck!

    I can now see www.noblehomesalanya.com has a CNAME record, but it’s going to noblehomesalanya. That’s obviously not going to work, as this is not a fully qualified domain name.

    If you’re using a traditional hosting service, www.noblehomesalanya.com should only have an A record going to the IP address of your hosting server. If you don’t know what that IP address should be, just contact your hosting provider.

    If you’re using some hosted online site builder platform, they may require an A record or CNAME record. Again, contact the hosting provider for the exact information and instructions.

    I received such a response to the problem from the hosting server

    “When your IP address is updated, automatically your domain name is no longer directed to the data here, but to the server on this IP address.

    If you do not want this process, we can undo it and update your domain’s IP address to the IP address of our server.”

    It seems you’ve now proxied www also (I’m now seeing Cloudflare error 1016 – “Cloudflare is currently unable to resolve your requested domain www.noblehomesalanya.com“)… but you chose to ignore the root problem I explained above.

    You’re only going around the bush and wasting time unnecessarily.

    “When your IP address is updated, automatically your domain name is no longer directed to the data here, but to the server on this IP address.

    This is NOT the root of your problem.

    The root of your problem is that you’ve not pointed your domain to your hosting provider AT ALL.

    To re-iterate:

    1) This has absolutely nothing to do with WordPress
    2) This is not a problem with Cloudflare or your hosting provider per se
    3) This is 100% a DNS configuration problem: you don’t have your domain properly pointed at your hosting provider.

    I changed the DNS redirection, stopped cloudflare, did the redirections provided by the hosting, can you check again?

    Thanks for the updates.

    But I don’t know how I can help you at this point since you didn’t do anything I asked you to do 😀

    I asked you to PAUSE Cloudflare. I even provided a link to Cloudflare’s support documentation to help you do this.

    But instead of pausing Cloudflare as suggested, you changed your domain’s nameservers to use your hosting provider’s nameservers, thereby totally disconnecting your domain from Cloudflare.

    $ dig noblehomesalanya.com. IN NS
    ;
    noblehomesalanya.com. 21600 IN NS ns2.guzelhosting.com.
    noblehomesalanya.com. 21600 IN NS ns12.guzelhosting.com.
    noblehomesalanya.com. 21600 IN NS ns1.guzelhosting.com.
    noblehomesalanya.com. 21600 IN NS ns11.guzelhosting.com.

    I also asked for a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS page. Instead, you gave me a screenshot of the Overview page!

    Right now your domain is totally disconnected from Cloudflare (again, this is not what I asked you to do), and I can see the site shown in the screenshot below.

    Do you need any further help? If you want to use Cloudflare’s CDN and WAF for your website, then, of course, the first step is to connect your domain back to Cloudflare.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your help, my site was closed because it was redirected to more than one place, today the hosting company reached me and said they would solve the problem and they solved the problem.
