Erratic and support poor

    I’ve installed this and it works fine in Chrome and Safari but not in IE. It is a nightmare trying to find a solution to the issue, or even a coherent record of correspondence from people who must have experienced the same issue.

    If a user is on IE and tries to send a message from Contact Form 7, he receives an error message in an orange bordered box as follows:
    There was an error trying to send you message. Please try again later.

    The ‘try again later’ is futile advice – the problem is not down to conditions specific to the particular moment the sender wishes to use the form, it is a consistent problem which never shifts.

    A very disappointing plug in.

    Hi, A bit late in reply and I know its standard advice but have you tried looking for conflicts with other plugins or your theme? I’ve got this running on a couple of sites and the forms all work across all browsers including IE.

    As I understand it that error, in an orange bordered box, normally indicates a problem with the reCAPTCHA add on (If it helps anyone finding this).

    The “error message in an orange bordered box” was likely due to reCAPTCHA v3 not working because of a JavaScript conflict with another plugin or the theme on IE.
