erro 500 using shortcode

    hello,

    i have an error 500 when i use this extension and when i add a shortcode.

    i used the last version of wordpress (Version 5.2.1) and the extension is updated too.

    I use the theme illdy and i never had this bug before (i duplicate the website)

    it’s sure the bug is caused by this plugin, i deactivate, it’s works, i activate> error 500.

    Could you help me please

    Wordpress Version 5.2.1

    Mention as much detailed info that you can.
    If you can take a look at server’s error log, you can find detailed info about the error message. This can give us better idea about the issue that you are facing.

    You can ask your hosting provider about error log file location.

    WordPress also has it’s own way to debug. You can read more about it here

    finally i reinstall all my website and it works so the bug comes from data base i think during the duplication.
