Its okay! Im trying to add a personalized HTML with a widget, and when i click in Update a receiver that error “Ocorreu um erro, A resposta não é um JSON válido”, in English “An error occurred, The response is not a valid JSON”

Thanks for sharing the screenshot! I think this might be caused by one of the plugins or themes you’re using. Do you know what plugin/theme you’re using is giving you all the 360 ... widgets?
Thanks Madison,its a native widgets of WordPress the 360 images is only a html block on this widgets, and i use BeTheme

Thanks! You can hopefully intercept the JSON that’s being sent by using your browser’s “developer tools”. Here are guides for how to do that:
When you try and save the widget (or whatever causes the error to pop up), you should see a new request go through. We’re looking for the “response body” of the request to see what it is sending. Let me know if you have any more questions on how to try and capture that info!
