Hi @amandalihope, as a non-logged in user of your site I’m not able to see threse characters:

Is it possible it’s fixed, or only showing up for logged-in users?
Ah, I see, it’s everywhere except the home page.
Thank you for sticking with it! How weird it doesn’t show up on the homepage. I have my fingers crossed you are able to find a solution. Thank you.
Hello there,
that seems to be erroneous code printed on the header.
This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Hi there,
Thank you for your reply. I should have clarified in my opening message, that I already individually tested the plugins and isolated it to the woocommerce plugin, which i recently updated on Wednesday.
Please can you help?
Thanks.
Amanda
Hi again,
I am 100% certain the problem is isolated with WooCommerce plugin. It only appears when it is activated.
I’ve deactivated Woocommerce plugin and this removes the issue, however when I reinstall Woocommerce it returns.
Oddly the characters also display on the wordpress dashboard although they are hidden, just below the W of WordPress logo.
I attempted to find if there was anything in header.php or index.php, but i can’t see anything obvious in those files. I’m guessing that Woo must be adding some code upon the page load but I dont know anything about this process or where to look within Woocommerce code itself. Is there a template or background that Woocommerce is generating upon the page load? I can see the characters load even before anything else does on the page.
