Hi there, I’m trying to retrieve reviews through the crawl method, since the business is listed as an service area business but I’m getting this error:

Error 0001: trouble contacting crawling server. Please try again or contact support. CMD: https://crawl.ljapps.com/crawlrevs?rip=194.63.248.118&surl=https%3A%2F%2Fostgulvsliping.no&stype=googlecheck&scrapequery=%C3%98stgulvsliping+AS

Any ideas how I can fix it?
