can you please test it with all other plugins deactivated and the theme storefront? Seems like there is a redirect issue caused by another plugin or your theme.

Unfortunately I cannot do this. The store is live. I have already limited the plugs that are not needed. They are only required. This isn’t always the case, just every 10/15 order. The problem is that this has been going on for several months. I thought it was PayPal’s fault, but today it happened to me. Interestingly, how I refreshed this page – I got a message that something went wrong. The money was withdrawn from the account after refreshing and the status changed to “In progress”

I would recommend installing this plugin https://de.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/ to create a staging site. Your live site will not be affected. On your staging site, you can deactivate all other plugins and also use the theme storefront. We think there might be a misconfiguration with your theme, other plugins, or WooCommerce itself.
Did you change manually the WooCommerce endpoints? WooCommerce endpoints have to look like https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-endpoints-2-1/
