The app you are using might be v2.10 .
which requires an accurate redirect URL with facebook login. We will update the plugin soon.
You can try this for now:

If it still shows the same issue then remove the app from the facebook account and add again.

We have fixed this issue in our latest version.
Please go to this link https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/accesspress-facebook-auto-post/advanced/ and on the below of the page you can see the development version and select the latest version “1.4.0” from there http://prntscr.com/hb3d7a. Download the plugin and check.
Please go to Dashboard-> Plugins, choose to deactivate the plugin and then delete the plugin.
Deleting the plugin will not change the plugin configuration or settings as all this information is stored in your WordPress Database.
Now, please go to Dashboard-> Plugins-> Add New-> Upload Plugin and place downloaded plugin .zip file and click on upload, then activate.
