    I’m using version 1.1.6.3.4 of the plugin and Woocommerce 2.3.11 with W3 Total Cache version 0.9.4.1, which shouldn’t have an issue with caching the cart and checkout pages per the Woocommerce documentation (http://docs.woothemes.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/)

    I noticed in the log that some of the request strings were messed up apparently due to the use of the & symbol in both our Brand name (S&M Bikes) and some product names which include the brand name.

    Yes, the log would be helpful. I can tell you, though, that every time I’ve seen this it’s come down to caching or CDN plugins. I know it says that shouldn’t be an issue, but I would ask that you try disabling the caching/CDN plugins temporarily to see if the issue goes away.

    There doesn’t appear to be private messaging functionality here, and the log file appears to include unencrypted Paypal API credentials. How should I get you the log file?

    That’s odd. The API credentials should have ***’s in them. You’re not seeing that?
