Hi Federico! Can you please try following these steps to reset your Publicize connections?:
1. Visit https://wordpress.com/sharing
2. If prompted, select your site from the list
3. Click the “Disconnect” button next to the connection that isn’t working
4. Click the “Connect” button to reconnect your account
5. Repeat for all connected accounts as needed

Thanks for the fast reply and sorry for my slow reply.
I’ve tried what you suggested but sadly the plugin still says to update my connections and, when I click on update connection, I get redirected in wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sharing&action=error&publicize_error=-10520
What else can I try? Thanks again!

Can I have you reset your Publicize connection tokens and see if that fixes the problem?
NOTE: Please ensure you follow the step (if indicated) to delete the app association on each social network to fully disable the existing application token prior to reconnecting from your Dashboard.
