    Hi! We are encountering an issue connecting the 10Web Optimization plugin to our website after installing it and adding it to our account.

    When we open the dashboard, we receive a pop-up message saying “Your homepage is being optimized right now.” After it completes, we see the following message:

    “10Web has successfully optimized your homepage. Please check your new PageSpeed score from your dashboard to see how it compares with the old score.”

    However, in the wp-admin header, the 10Web window displays the following error message:

    “10Web Booster is disconnected. Your website is disconnected from the 10Web Booster service. Please reconnect your website or contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.”

    We have used this plugin on other sites before without any issues until now. What could be causing this problem?

    Hello, @suportetecnicosites thank you very much for reaching out!

    It appears something is blocking Rest API for our Speed Booster on your website – you can find more info on the issue in the “Rest API is blocked” section of our troubleshooting guide

    We recommend checking if any of your plugins (especially security-related ones might be affecting website’s Rest routes)

    If none of the plugins have affected the Rest API, contact your hosting support as it may have been disabled by your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist the IP addresses for 10Web services.

    If you are using Cloudflare and have the Bot Fight Mode option enabled, in your Cloudflare dashboard, navigate to Security > WAF(Web Application Firewall). Click on the Tools tab and enter a 10Web IP address from the above list in the IP, IP range, Country name, or ASN field. Set the Action to Allow and click Add. Repeat this for each IP address.
