Error?

PHP is 7.1 (tried reverting to 7.0 and 5.6 – but same issue), Woocommerce is version 3.5.7.. I’ve tried disabling all plugins except this one and woocommerce– and even tried chaning themes to default 2019 theme — and still the same error(s):
