We are using virtual coupons for applying discounts, can you please check if woocommerce coupons are enabled on your site.
I enabled coupon codes but it still doesn’t work.
It must be something else because it worked fine with individual product qty discounts

There is an unfortunate issue in that the discount is only applied on the cart and checkout page. So when using the cart widget or the cart menu icon such as in the Flatsome theme, the total doesn’t reflect the discount.
One more problem – when using the “discount on total cart quantity” option, the prices in the cart on the cart page are not shown as discounted. But they are shown as discounted in the widget. The subtotals in both the widget and the cart page are not shown with the discount, however.
Also, the math is not being calculated correctly for “discount on total cart quantity.” The discounts are all wrong. It works fine for the individual product discounts however.

you can see that the discount is applied incorrectly.
I’ve tried using the percentage discount for “total cart quantity” discounts and it’s also not working.
I don’t want to send you a link to my site yet because it’s not live yet.
Everything works fine with the plugin except for “total cart quantity” discounts. If you’re not seeing it on your end then I’ll just give up and use a different plugin.
