– Since it’s working fine on your site now, I can’t reproduce it. Flying Pages only injects a JS file. It doesn’t alter HTML or anything else. So I don’t think it’s due to Flying Pages. If you’re still facing any issue, check the console and see if there are any errors. With very such basic info, I can’t figure out anything.

– Flying Pages preload pages in the viewport. You should have a decent hosting to handle the traffic. If you’re on shared hosting, I recommend running Flying Pages only on mouse hover. It can be configured in settings. Or if you’re seeing an increase in fully loaded time in GTmetrix, check the FAQ. I’ve described about it there.
Now my site looks good because I deleted your plugin, you can see the difference in the link (https://gtmetrix.com/compare/6ZOjMi84/T6JrrlVf). That is what happened after (the right picture) and before (the left picture) I downloaded your plugin. My web slider disappeared when I downloaded it
And I also changed the settings when the mouse hover
