    Hi, same problem here, hope they’ll find a solution.
    I’ll use a bit of JavaScript instead

    I had this problem also, it happened when I tried to activate from the same screen when you install from your dashboard.

    The fix for me was to install the plugin, and after I got the message, I went to the plugins page and clicked Activate

    Working for me fine now, but I hope this does get fixed!

    The proper header issue is now fixed on 2.0. Also the new version has multi contact form support.
