Thanks for using WPS Hide Login.
Did you try to log in without WPS Hide Login on wp-login.php ? Is this issue comes up too ?

Once I deactivate the plugin, I can log in with no issues.
Ok.
I think there is a conflict with anoter plugin. Are you using a membership plugin or a custom login page plugin ?
If not, deactivate all other plugins and try again until the issue comes again.

I am not using anything like that and I have tested all plugins to see if there is a conflict. My theme does let me customize the login page a little – added a logo. I have reached out to my theme developer because that may be the issue but if you had any ideas what I could look into in the meantime that would be great.

WPS Hide Login only changes wp-login.php slug in database.
Then, if you can’t log in that way, there are two possibilities :
– Another plugin requires wp-login.php slug
– Your wp-admin and wp-login.php pages are cached (try to exclude theme from cache if you’ve got a plugin for this).
