have just installed it from WP diectory with no problem.
Maybe you delete and reinstall? might be a problem with the repository when you installed it.

And again my site was down today. I did delete all atec plugins and he did resume work. I think something in atec plugin are break my site.

please enable DEBUG_LOG and send the log file or use atec-debug plugin to see the exact error.
