    *bump* I’m also having this problem. I was able to install and use the plugin locally without a problem, but on the server, I get that error. My site breaks after that. All pages return errors. The only way I found to fix it is to rename the hc-custom-wp-admin-url folder. After that I can login and uninstall the plugin.

    I am having the same problem. I have looked at the /wp-admin/include/file.php file and as far as I can see get_file_description is only declared once on line 58. Line 71 is just a closing “}”.

    This should be fixed with the new 1.3.1 version
