    Hi,

    I have been using this WordPress plugin for at least 2 years now without any problem. But since last month I keep getting this message:
    cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

    I did my research and found a couple of other topics with the same problem and they all seem to lead to server problems like blocking an IP. So I send this problem to my host, but they keep saying to me that they are not blocking anything and everything works from their end.

    Now this is the weird thing:
    – I have tested an API key from a different Mailchimp account and it works on my website
    – I have tested the same API key that does not work on my website on a different website and it works

    So it seem that only the combination of my API key on my website does not work.

    Any suggestion how to fix this problem would be very much appreciated!

    Hey Marnick,

    Thanks for sharing all the details. Have you tried generating new API key from your same MailChimp account and tested if that works?
