Error 401

    Hi,

    I installed the plugin locally and no problem, but when I installed it on a preproduction and I optimize an image, the optimize button, it loops and after 5-10 minutes I have the optimize button who come back.
I used your debugging tool (imgt) and I have blockages especially on admin-ajax, admin-post and wp-cron requests.

My host sent me the logs and I see that some requests have a 401 error.

I would like to know the scheme that the plugin uses in particular the respondents to your servers if there are any and if so, the ip to be able to whitelist them.

    This is Ioanna from Imagify and I’ll gladly assist you here!

    An image in order to be optimized it will be sent to our servers for the optimization to take part and then it will return back to be saved on your server.

    Please make sure to whitelist the following IP address and URL:

    – 51.68.166.142
    – https://app.imagify.io

    Also, do you happen to use password protection on your site?

    Yes, we have an htaccess as well as a waf.

    I’ll see with the server team if with your information it unlocks the situation.
