Error 402 payment required

    Hello. I’m running free version and i have an error that says error 402 payment required.

    How can I solve this?

    Hi,

    You will need to turn off Sub-directory URL structure (paid) option in GTranslate plugin settings page.

    Hello.

    These options are not active

    * Sub-directory URL structure:
    http://example.com/ru/ * for paid plans only
    * Sub-domain URL structure:
    http://es.example.com/ * for paid plans only

    And the message about error 402 is running yet.

    Hi,

    If you select a language and it redirects you to a different page which has language code in the URL, it means that the sub-directory structure is on. You may have cache or you may have copied the language selector code from widget code section while the option was on.

    Make sure to clear your cache, remove the language selector, then replace it correctly. We do not recommend copying the code from Widget Code section, you should use [gtranslate] shortcode instead if you need to.

    Hello.

    It’s not problem of cache because that happens to diferent users.

    I’m using the shortcode. However i upgraded to startup plan. No problem by now. If I downgrade my plan and i’m with that problem, I’ll post again
