Error 403

Logged in Analytics account, install plug-in, get code, enter code, save & continue. Takes me to the settings page where Google Analytics is disabled and I receive the error below in UID field. I’ve deactivated, uninstalled, and reactivated. Nothing seems to be working.
The last line of the error is really confusing since I’m logged into my Google Analytics account while it tells me I don’t have one.
There was an Analytics API service error 403: Error calling GET https://www.googleapis.com/analytics/v3/management/accounts/%7Eall/webproperties: (403) User does not have any Google Analytics account
