Error 403

Hi!

My client is getting this error:

GET https://translate.google.com/translate_a/element.js?cb=googleTranslateElementInit2 net::ERR_ABORTED 403 (Forbidden)

I am NOT experimenting this error from the developer side. Tried different navigators and is working fine. It’s only happening on his side.

His IP is whitelisted in our server, no 403 in logs whatsoever.

What can be the problem?
