error ‘403″

I cannot make any changes to content on web pages, as it always shows error '403" when we save/preview the changes.
That's why we try to upgrade the version, the helpdesk assumed the error was due to the plugin is in older version.
But yesterday i received this email from wordpress (see below) so tried again on the changes and it still shows the same error message.
Not sure what to do next. please help/advise.
