Error 403 Forbidden

When activating the plugin I get a pop up from the tools window prompting me to click to get started when I do I receive a Forbidden 403 error message saying “permissions denied our sentries tell us your not supposed to be here” then the plug in becomes disabled and won’t let me reactivate
