Please make sure your system meets the system requirements to run the Starter Template plugin smoothly. You can refer to this doc about the Starter Templates system requirements.
You might also want to try to deactivate all of the installed plugins, except the Starter Templates plugin before importing a Starter Template. Once you have done importing a Starter Template, you can reactivate the plugins.

i’m working on cwp panel with confi Apache:Apache/2.4.39,PHP:7.4.11,MySQL:10.1.46-MariaDB
