Error 403 Forbidden when Save plugin configuration

Hi,
Using the last updated version 13.1.2.3
Issue in WP Panel > Youtube Free:
when I click on “Save” it
goest to pag.
https://www.sturialeproctologia.it/wp-admin/admin.php?page=youtube-my-preferences
with err message:
“403
Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied!”

So I can config plugin once when I upgrade it because it start automatically a wizard config, and it’works (once a time).

Can you help me?

“Hi,

We found a mod_security rule in the logs and whitelisted it.

Please client try again now.”

It works now, but I didn’t like it …

Do they have a website? When we go to kgix.net, we get a blank page.
Do you have a link to their support page as well?

We are also receiving the same 403 forbidden error when trying to save the plugin.

WordPRess 5.3.0 and latest version of plugin.
