    Hello!

After each design import attempt an Error 403 is displayed. I am using the latest version on both MailPoet installations. WordPress is also on the latest version. Can you help me?

    Hi there @engl4614,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Is this a template you had previously exported from MailPoet? Did you edit the template somehow after exporting it?

    Hallo @guicmazeredo ,

Yes, I first tested mailpoet and created a template. Now I wanted to import this template into the real web environment and that didn’t work.

Okay. Just to make sure we are on the same page, can you confirm these are the exact steps you performed:

    • Created an email template using the MailPoet editor on your local site.
    • Exported the template as shown in this image: https://d.pr/i/ZoV3dz
    • Then, you went to your live website and imported the .JSON template as shown here: https://d.pr/i/iw8ebs

    Is that it?

    Hi there @engl4614,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
