Error 403 when using front-end download button

    Just installed Delightful Downloads, and set up download page, per instructions. Inserted buttons, using shortcode: [ddownload id="186" button="green" text="Download cello part"] From front end, clicking button results in this error message:

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /20160205/wp-content/uploads/delightful-downloads/2016/02/Elgar_Chanson_de_Nuit_cello_part001.pdf on this server.

    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I am using the Tempera theme.
    Any help you can give me will be appreciated.
