Error 404 after setup

    Hello,

    Please need some help with this issue: after updating some plugins on my wordpress, yours stop working. Every time I setup the customer chat -and get the code- the url updates and give back a 404 error “Page Not Found”. Any clue where to start please? Is this an uncompatibility with WordPress 5.0?
