As per seeing the screenshots, Looks like that Custom Permalinks plugin is not working on your site. Either you have deactivated or somehow it could deactivated mistakenly.
Please check and make sure that you are using this plugin.

The same thing happened to me and I solved it by simply changing the post name into permalinks by custom structure.

Thanks for the update. I am using the plugin with the Permalink Settings to Post name and everything is working fine for me.
I am using the latest version of the plugin with the custom theme. Can you help me to dig into this issue.

There is no Aceptar and Cancelar option in the plugin as shown in your provided screenshots.

in my case in particular and I suppose that in others, it only works for me if I change the option in permalinks.
In any case, thank you very much for this great plugin!
