Error ‘404 in Woocommerce Analytics

Hi,

Recently WooCommerce Analytics suddenly stopped working. In the console I see a whole bunch of error 404’s when I open the analytics tab.

Steps I have tried to resolve the problem:

Clear Analytics cache + regenerate
Disable all plugins but WooCommerce
Disable caching and redis
Enable Twenty Twenty Three theme instead of Porto theme
Increase WP memory limit
Move store to a dedicated VPS (test.***.nl) with 2vCPU’s and 2GB ram

At first I thought this was a resource issue, but in some other store with a lot more customers and monthly orders (hosted on basic shared hosting) the analytics seems to work fine and is snappy.

I’m out of options what I could try. What could be a next troubleshooting step?

Could you please provide us with a clear screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end? This will help us better understand your situation and address your concerns more effectively.

Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Hi @xue28,

Thanks for reaching out.

I just found the problem! When checking the fatal error logs, I stubbed on a custom function in the functions.php in the child theme I’m using. I removed this function and now the WC analytics is working fine 🙂
