Error 404 inside a .js file

    Hello, I’m having problems trying to search a js file inside another. If i put: wp-content/themes/MyTheme/js/TheFile.js, the result is an “error 404 file not found”. But if I put the url inside the header.php using bloginfo + js/TheFile.js it works perfectly. Also, I tryed it in a Xampp server first and wasn’t any problem, but in a real server is when the error appears.

    Can someone tell my why is this happening?

    Sorry, I forgot to add that the result in both cases is the same url, but inside the js doesn’t find anything and in the header.php works without problems.
