That sounds like something might have went wrong with your upgrade. Try the re-install in the WP update screen.

I don’t think that is the issue, actually I already followed the suggestion and there is still the same behaviour.
Just let me clarify this:
From the network admin panel
http://www.wpinstall.tld/wp-admin/network/settings.php?page=dm_admin_page
Everything works fine
But from the inner website admin panel
http://www.wpinstall.tld/innersite/wp-admin/wpmu-admin.php?page=dm_admin_page
Doesn’t work
Network Admin is only accessible from the main site.

Go into the DM settings screen and check the box for User Tool.

Thank you so much!, I had it already activated but it wasn’t working properly.
Ended up that as I wasn’t working with a valid CNAME I thought it wouldn’t work but once i set the local domain and the local IP went trough like if anything happen!
