i guess this is not plugin issue, please follow

# Please check plugin activate properly and you see Post Grid menu on dashboard. See the screenshot https://imgur.com/a/j8wXWup

# Please check you have right access to post grid menu, try administrator account.

# Also please check if any other plugin (also theme) installed that also using post_grid post type and access via different menu. try deactivate others plugin one by one to check the issue.
